Dear Siglinde
Name of my parents are,
KURACHI, Takeshi (Father),
Yoshiko (Mother).
Takeshi was 57, and Yoshiko was 44,
when they were killed by cancer.
Both of them are medical doctors, Takeshi was a surgeon, Yoshiko was a gynecologist.
That was so sad, and I don't know
why they could not find there own cancer earlier.

Father of Takeshi, my grand father, was also a painter
-but,almost art teacher of high school-,
and Takeshi had a lot of interest for art.
He showed me many books of western art,
especially impressionism,
because paintings of my grand father
were so much influenced from them
- oh, he was also died by cancer, but he was 77.
His name is KURACHI Ryozo.

Mother, was daughter of manager,
and her family had no interest for art. She was shameful that I wanted to study art, but she doesn't know anything since then. When she died, I was in highscool. She may be surprised,
now I am in Germany and keep doing art
- She thought I will stop it after I grew up.

I have been trying to think about it nothing special, but this sadness, I am always getting along with.
But I have got bravery that I should know nobody can not avoid to be die, so that I do honest to my own mind that I want to do.
